Responsibilities and Duties

• Acquiring maintenance services contracts (AMC of Servers, storage, workstation and networking devices)
• Sales of server, storage, workstations and their parts (HP, IBM, DELL, SUN, EMC etc)
• Sales of networking devices (Cisco, Juniper etc)
• Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Desktop Support Engineer:
(Location - Navi Mumbai, Ulwe)

· Install, support and troubleshoot office 365.

· Well versed with Excel, word.

· Worked on domain environment.

· Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 8, 10 and Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 and any other authorized desktop applications.

· Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.

· Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers

· Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers

· Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards

· Performs work in compliance within specified warranty requirements

· Returns defective equipment/parts to maintenance inventory, documents.

· Maintains and restocks assigned parts inventory to insure proper spare parts levels

· Safely package equipment for branches and arrange for the transport of the equipment

· Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to

· personal computers (PC) or notebooks that has authorized access to the network

· When the restoration is beyond the scope of the computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment the Desktop Support Engineer will escalate the issue/problem to proper tier 3 support team member

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

· Excellent technical knowledge of pcs and desktop hardware.

· Ability to operate tools, components and peripheral accessories.

· Microsoft Desktop Support Technician an advantage.

· Software and Hardware Troubleshooting.

· Windows XP, 7,8,10 working experience

· Microsoft Office 2007,2010, 2013, 2016 support TCP/IP

· Working knowledge of remote control tools.

· Knowledge of all software applications used within the organization

· Self-confidence and interpersonal skills

· Analytical and problem solving skills

· Good communication (both verbal and written) skills

· Planning and organizing skills

· Able to operate effectively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical team members

· Able to operate with minimal supervision

• We have an Immediate Requirement for Graphic Designing in our Company. We are looking for candidates with a min of 0- 2yrs experience in the Graphic Designing field with decent and technical skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations,photoshop, Coral Draw and other graphics
• Familiarity with design new technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Salary:
